The main equipment of the heat treatment line includes an 83.6-meter oxygen-free radiation tube heat treatment furnace (mainly used for normalizing and quenching), a 20-meter roller quenching machine, and a 78.4-meter roller-bottom low-temperature open flame furnace (mainly used for low-temperature tempering of wear-resistant steel and medium-temperature tempering of high-strength steel). The production line is equipped with a shot blasting machine, accelerated cooling device, powerful straightening machine, cooling bed, fixed-length sampling shear, and other equipment, with a designed annual production capacity of 200,000 tons.
