The scale removal pressure has reached the domestic advanced level, ensuring the quality of the steel plate surface. Special nozzles spray the surface of the steel billet to quickly peel off the high-temperature formed iron oxide scale (scale). It can remove impurities on the surface of the rolled product, prevent scale from being pressed into the surface during rolling causing defects, and improve the surface quality of the steel. The system responds quickly and efficiently, adapting to the rhythm of the continuous rolling production line, ensuring smooth subsequent rolling.
